This document sets forth the terms and conditions for using the idoctorstore.ge website.

This document is a mutually binding agreement entered into between the user and LLC iDoctor Technologies. LLC “iDoctor Technologies” (ID: 405847179), registered at: Sulkhan Tsintsadze 4.

LLC “iDoctor Technologies” (ID: 405847179) will hereinafter be referred to as “idoctorstore.ge” in these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all other guidelines and instructions.

The terms and conditions for using the idoctorstore.ge website, along with any amendments and other idoctorstore.ge regulations, constitute a single document and shall be considered a unified agreement concluded with the user.

By registering on the website, the user agrees to and acknowledges these terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the return and exchange rules, and also consents to their legal force applying to them.

If the user does not agree with the content of idoctorstore.ge’s legal documents, they may choose not to use the website. However, idoctorstore.ge kindly requests the user to submit any comments via email.

Definition of Terms

The terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the following meanings:

idoctorstore.ge (hereinafter “we”, “our”, “website”) – LLC “iDoctor Technologies” (ID: 405847179), established in accordance with Georgian legislation, registered at: Sulkhan Tsintsadze 4.
User – A legal entity or a natural person who has reached 18 years of age (legally capable) and wishes to purchase products listed on idoctorstore.ge.
User Consent – The user’s expressed will to acknowledge this document and to process their personal data.
Third Party – Any natural or legal person, public institution.
Direct Marketing – Offering goods or services via mail, telephone calls, email, or any other telecommunication means.
Registration – Creation of a personal account.
Account – The user’s personal page registered on idoctorstore.ge.
LLC “Onway” – A courier company that delivers products purchased on idoctorstore.ge to the user.
LLC “Onway” Subcontractor Company – A courier company that will deliver products to the user based on an agreement signed with LLC “Onway”.
LLC “Easy Group” – A courier company that delivers products purchased on idoctorstore.ge to the user.
LLC “Easy Group” Subcontractor Company – A courier company that will deliver products to the user based on an agreement signed with LLC “Easy Group”.

By opening an account on the website, the user is enabled to purchase products listed on idoctorstore.ge.

Each order placed by the user constitutes a separate sales agreement, the parties of which are the authorized user of the website and LLC “iDoctor Technologies” (ID: 405847179). When placing an order, the subject of the sale, its value, and the delivery location are generated.

Registration

To purchase products on idoctorstore.ge, registration on the website is required, for which it is necessary to fill out the registration form with the following data:

The user can complete registration on the website during the product purchase process or before purchasing.

Before purchasing, registration/authorization occurs after the user selects “Login” from the website’s main menu.

The user confirms and guarantees that:

The information provided by them is complete and accurate;
They are an adult, legally capable person who has reached 18 years of age;
They will not use another person’s identifying information for the purpose of registration on the idoctorstore.ge website;
They will not use a name that may be demeaning or offensive to any other person;
They will not use the website for the purpose of disseminating false information;
They will not use the website for the purpose of impersonating another company, company employee, or any other person;
They will not violate the rights of another person through unlawful or harmful actions;
They will not use any device or program whose purpose is to obtain information from the website or to interfere with its normal functioning;
They will protect copyright and related rights, and will not engage in unauthorized use, processing, or publication of information existing on idoctorstore.ge: logo, pictogram, image, graphic, illustration, patent, trademarks, design, and any other type of intellectual property, without the prior written consent of idoctorstore.ge;
They will not use another user’s account;
They will not attempt to gain access to another user’s authorization information;
They will not perform any action that could jeopardize the proper functioning of idoctorstore.ge;
They will not perform any action prohibited by applicable law, this agreement, and idoctorstore.ge’s privacy policy.

User Order Placement and Product Purchase

After the user selects a product and places it in the virtual cart, new users will need to provide the following information: email, name, mobile number, and the address where they wish to receive the purchase.

idoctorstore.ge will redirect to the payment page for product payment. Before making a payment, the user is obliged to verify the address and contact information provided by them to ensure uninterrupted delivery of the purchased products. The user is responsible for any delays in product delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address and/or contact information.

The user will be able to check information about their purchased product on their personal page.

idoctorstore.ge reserves the right to refuse or cancel a user’s order in case of suspicion of fraud, unauthorized, or illegal transactions.

Upon successful payment for the product by the user, ownership of the purchased item is fully transferred to the user.

Rules and Conditions for Delivery of Purchased Products

The user agrees that the delivery of products purchased by them will be carried out by LLC “Onway” (Identification Code: 402059419, registered at: Georgia, Tbilisi, Chughureti district, Crimea St., N 7) or LLC “Easy Group” (Identification Code: 406267276, registered at: Georgia, Tbilisi, Tsotne Dadiani N 7).

The parties to the delivery agreement are the user and LLC “Onway” or LLC “Easy Group”.

For the purpose of providing courier services, idoctorstore.ge will provide “Onway” or “Easy Group” with confidential personal information known to it about the user, specifically the user’s name, surname, address, and phone number.

idoctorstore.ge transfers the products purchased by the user to the courier company LLC “Onway” or LLC “Easy Group”, which transports the products to the specified address. idoctorstore.ge’s responsibility ends at the time of transferring the products to the courier company. The risk of loss and damage to the products is fully transferred to the courier service provider company.

Receiving Services

The user can receive purchased products on both working and non-working days.

Delivery of products purchased by the user from the idoctorstore.ge website before 13:00 will be carried out within 1-2 working days in Tbilisi, and delivery of products purchased after 13:00 will be within 2-3 working days.

In large and small regions, delivery of products purchased from the idoctorstore.ge website takes 3-5 working days, and in mountainous regions, 7-10 working days.

Payment Procedure

Payment is made only by non-cash settlement.

When placing an order, the user will be redirected from the website to the payment page, where they will enter their card details. The payment request is processed and confirmed by the bank.

idoctorstore.ge does not have access to either the payment page or the bank card details provided by the user.

Upon successful completion of payment, a notification containing relevant information will appear on the screen.

After payment is completed, the user will receive a confirmation of successful order completion via the email address they provided.

Account Closure and Restriction of Use

If idoctorstore.ge believes that the user has violated these terms and conditions or has registered with false information, it is authorized to close access and restrict the use of the personal account unilaterally based on a notification sent via email. In case of receiving such a notification, the user should contact the idoctorstore.ge team.

idoctorstore.ge will, to the extent possible, ensure the development of appropriate defense mechanisms, but is not responsible for unauthorized access to data protected on the platform, damage caused by third parties, or services offered by them to the user.

By registering on the website, the user confirms that they are a legally capable person who has reached 18 years of age and uses the website of their own free will and at their own risk.

idoctorstore.ge is not responsible for the website or service being constantly available to the user and does not guarantee that the website will be free of software errors, viruses, or any other errors.

idoctorstore.ge disclaims all responsibility for damages resulting from negligence, as well as in cases where information required for user authorization becomes known to a third party.

idoctorstore.ge excludes any liability for itself and all its employees in case of a culpable violation of this document and applicable law by the user.

In the event that idoctorstore.ge’s liability is established by a court, it is limited to the value of the disputed product.

The company disclaims all responsibility for any type of damage and/or interruption that may be caused by the involvement of third parties – internet providers, mobile companies, and other disrupted operations.

Restrictions on Website Use

Information on the website may be changed or removed without prior notice. idoctorstore.ge will not provide services to users that it deems to be contrary to applicable law.

The user is prohibited from using the website for illegal purposes, including unauthorized access to idoctorstore.ge systems, improper use of information on the website, or any other action that may directly or indirectly harm the legally protected interests of idoctorstore.ge.

Marketing

By registering on the website, the user agrees to receive promotional and marketing materials, and information about services, products, and offers of interest to the user. With consent, the user will receive website news, various offers, and information via email.

The user can at any time opt out of receiving information about marketing activities by sending a message to idoctorstore.ge’s email address.

Copyrights

Any text, graphic, and animated images placed on the website are exclusively owned by idoctorstore.ge.

Any use of the idoctorstore.ge trademark in any form, without the prior written consent of idoctorstore.ge, is strictly prohibited. The user has no right to use the idoctorstore.ge trademark, graphic images placed on the website in connection with any product or service, which may cause confusion. The user has no right to use them in a way that degrades or offends the reputation of idoctorstore.ge. In case of such a violation, idoctorstore.ge reserves the right to resort to legal remedies. The user will be responsible for material and non-material damages caused to idoctorstore.ge, which may include expenses incurred by idoctorstore.ge to eliminate such damages, including attorney’s fees and court costs.

No copyright is transferred to the user by purchasing products on the website.

idoctorstore.ge respects the copyrights of others and encourages users to protect idoctorstore.ge’s copyrights.

If the user is a copyright owner and believes that their copyrighted work has been placed on idoctorstore.ge in violation of the law, the user should contact idoctorstore.ge via email and indicate “Copyright Infringement” in the subject line.

Term and Termination

These terms and conditions come into force after the user expresses consent and remain valid until the user’s account is canceled.

This document may be terminated in cases provided for by Georgian legislation and/or these rules, as well as at the user’s initiative at any time, after full repayment of any existing debts to idoctorstore.ge at the time of termination.

Third Party

idoctorstore.ge disclaims all responsibility for other websites that may be linked externally on the idoctorstore.ge website. The content, terms and conditions, and privacy policy of other websites may differ from this policy. Accordingly, idoctorstore.ge encourages users to familiarize themselves with the terms of use and privacy policy of externally linked websites.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the current legislation of Georgia.

The parties agree that in case of a dispute, they will try to resolve the disagreement through negotiations. If negotiations are unsuccessful, the parties are authorized to apply to the Tbilisi City Court.

The invalidity of any part of these terms and conditions shall not lead to the invalidity of other parts.

Changes and Additions

idoctorstore.ge reserves the right to unilaterally make changes and/or additions to this document at any time by publishing them on this website, without further additional consent from the user. After the changes/additions are made, idoctorstore.ge will consider the user’s continued use of the website as the user’s consent.
