The warranty period of the device is determined by the number of days specified above. Warranty service applies only to devices purchased at our store that can be identified by a special sticker or IMEI code.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. If the device malfunctions during the warranty period without any physical damage or user fault, we will inspect/diagnose it within 1 to 5 business days.
If the device meets the warranty criteria, we will either repair it or replace it with a new one.
Warning: If the device shows signs of scratches, cracks, dents/marks, screen damage (e.g., loss of image/display issues), or other defects caused by the user (physical damage, liquid, moisture/steam, burns, short circuits, etc.), or if the device is opened by a third party (unauthorized technicians), the warranty service is automatically voided, and the company disclaims all liability!
Warranty Conditions
– Warranty Card: To receive warranty service, the customer must present the warranty card, which must specify the date of purchase, product model, and the customer’s first name, last name, and contact number.
– Manufacturing Defects: In the event of a manufacturing defect, the product is eligible for replacement within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of sale. After this perio
d, the customer is entitled only to product repair services for a period of 12 (twelve) months.
– Complete Set: The customer must present the item in its complete packaging/set (including accessories) and without any external damage.
Screen Warranty: The warranty on screens is valid for only 1 (one) week, as it is impossible for a smartphone/laptop screen to malfunction without external damage if no screen defects were found within the first week.
Replacement: If the selling organization is unable to repair the damaged product, the item will be replaced with a new product of the same model or equivalent value.
Grounds for Voiding/Refusing Warranty Service
Warranty service will not be provided if:
The warranty period has expired;
The information on the warranty card has been altered, erased, or arbitrarily modified;
No proof of purchase is presented, and the item cannot be otherwise identified;
The warranty card is not presented/is lost, and the item cannot be otherwise identified;
The damage is caused by the removal or damage of the warranty seal;
The device shows signs of mechanical damage;
The mobile phone was locked/blocked due to user fault;
Liquid, steam/moisture, or other foreign objects have penetrated the device;
Any work (unauthorized repair attempts, mechanical modifications) has been carried out without consulting our authorized service center;
The device has been disassembled (opened) for unauthorized repair or any other purpose, resulting in damage;
The device malfunctioned due to fire, flood, or other natural disasters;
The damage was caused by a violation of the operation and storage rules and conditions.
Service Center Turnaround Times
In the event of a defect, and to claim statutory or commercial warranty, the item must be handed over to the merchant’s partner service center for diagnostics.
The service center turnaround times are as follows:
Diagnostics: 3–7 business days;
Repair or Replacement (if the product and/or necessary replacement parts are in stock locally): 15 business days;
Repair or Replacement (if the product and/or replacement parts must be ordered from abroad): 40 business days.
*Note: Turnaround times do not include weekends and public holidays established by Georgian legislation.
Important: Warranty service will be carried out only if the service center confirms, based on its official assessment, that the defect is original (manufacturing defect) and was not caused by improper use or incorrect operation of the product by the user.
If the customer refuses to leave the item at the service center for diagnostics and/or repair, the merchant will be unable to provide warranty service.
